About TinkerBrook
A brook is a small stream; a tinkerer is someone who can't leave a half-working thing alone. TinkerBrook is where those two meet: a steadily growing stream of small tools, each one fiddled with until it just works.
What we believe a good tool looks like
- One job, done well. A hydration calculator shouldn't try to be a recipe site.
- Show the math. Every tool comes with the formula and a plain-English guide, so the result is something you can check — not a black box.
- Fast and quiet. Static pages, no sign-up walls, no pop-ups chasing you down the screen.
- Works where you are. Built mobile-first, because most real-world lookups happen on a phone — often with flour on your hands.
What's next
The workshop list starts with kitchen and creator tools — sourdough hydration, air fryer conversion, video bitrate — and grows from there based on what people actually search for and can't find done well.
